Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes, every carrier. Bring us your claim number and we photograph the damage, write the estimate for the adjuster and handle supplements. You pay your deductible and we handle the rest shop to carrier.
Do I have to use the body shop my insurance recommends?
No. In New York you have the right to choose your own repair shop. Your insurer can suggest one, but the choice is yours.
How do I get an estimate?
Send 2 to 3 photos through the form below or text them to the shop. You get a written estimate by text, usually by the next morning. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 7 PM.
How long does the repair take?
Small dents: same day to 2 days. Bumpers: 1 to 3 days. Larger collision work with parts and paint: 3 to 10 business days. We text you at every step.
Will the new paint match my car?
Yes. We mix to your factory paint code, read the existing paint with a spectrophotometer and blend into the neighboring panels so the repair disappears. Pearls, metallics and tri-coats included, with a lifetime warranty on paint.
